Verdict
A lab-tested 145 m³/h is enough for a single bedroom, and you get the same app, scheduling and quiet sleep mode as the bigger 400S. Filters are cheap at about $65 a year.
It's a small unit and behaves like one. For anything bigger, get the 400S.
